Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders worth ₹400 or more.
  
  
• ₹50 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹400.
  
  

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD available across India with a ₹50 handling charge.
  
  
• If COD delivery fails, the order may be cancelled.
  
  
• The delivery agent is authorized to collect cash on Skinloom’s behalf.
  
  

Courier Partners

• Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners across India.
  
  
• If an area is non-serviceable, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
  
  

Address Accuracy

• Ensure your address and phone number are correct while ordering.
  
  
• Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be delayed or returned.
  
  
• If a parcel returns due to an address issue, reshipping charges may apply.
  
  
• Orders marked “delivered” but not received must be reported within 3 days.
